Newlast congratulates Horma SA de CV for its achievement in winning the “National Technology and Innovation” award in Mexico, this award represents the maximum recognition granted by the federal government to companies strongly orientated towards innovation by the usage of the highest technologies.
It was the Secretary of Economy, Ildefonso Guajardo, who directly handed over the award to Ing. Verdugo (Horma SA General Director) during the 17th edition of the National Award for Technology and Innovation (PNTi).
Newlast is proud to have contributed, with its SDF machinery and engineers, to the achievement of Horma Sa de CV of this prestigious award. Horma engineers have pushed newlast SDF last turning machines to the limit, taking full advantage of the precision and integrated system from scanning to fine turning. All of this, perfectly integrated in a specific and technological workflow studied and realized by Horma engineers.
This is another demonstration that companies investing in technological systems and automation processes have the possibility to introduce innovative products into the market.
