THE AUTHENTIC NEWLAST TECHNOLOGY WINS AGAINST ANOTHER PATENT INFRINGEMENT

The fight to protect NEWLAST intellectual property and hard R&D work, that made it possible to invent the SDF technology, continues with yet another success.

The patent number 200910262698.3 of Fuzhou University has been cancelled by the central Beijing Intellectual Property Court and all patent rights have been declared «invalid”.

The verdict clearly states that the patented machine is a copy of the previous existing Newlast SDF machines.

Newlast will strongly continue to protect itself and its loyal customers who decided to invest in the original SDF technology.
