FIRST IN KOREA, DAEHAN INTRODUCES BOTH SDF TECHNOLOGY AND SLIM SYSTEM IN ONE SHOT!

The Korean Group DaeHan, a long-standing Newlast customer, is one of the first companies in the world to align with the highest manufacture standards.
With the introduction of the new SDFHS finishing machines and Slim 4.0 technology, DaeHan aims directly to the production of high-quality technical lasts.

The Newlast SDFHS finishing machines will be in operation from November 2018, together with the latest structured light last digitizer Digiscan.SL and the SDMC4 milling center for special drilling and milling working cycles.

The Slim Manager 4.0 software will allow not only the integration in a .frv file, of all information related to the standard turning cycle, but also the management of settings during the design phase of the last. These operations are essential for the positioning of the metal plates used for the gripping and handling of the last in automated production cycles and in injection processes.

The advantages of this new way of lasts manufacturing are real: from the substantial increase in productivity, to the achievement of the highest level of precision and repeatability, up to the possibility of making innovative operations on the lasts.
