Looking into the future, where automation is becoming more and more important, a completely finished last with no manual intervention is now the basis and starting point for quality shoe manufacturing, this is SDF last turning technology.

With this in mind, Stella has recently implemented a full set of SDF HS last production line of machines, becoming one of the first complete SDF HS series last production facility in the world with this technology!

And there is more, in order to produce perfect lasts with SDF HS technology, you need perfect 3D last data, and here is where Digiscan2014FL comes into play.

Everything starts from the model rooms of both Simona and Selena using Digiscan2014FL and Easylast3D CADCAM. Models are digitized with the highest precision using the new Digiscan2014FL robotic digitizer (only completely automatic last robotic digitizer) and modified with Easylst3D CADCAM. From here on, everything is very simple, send the file for production and with SDF HS finishing you have a final product completely turned by the machine giving maximum precision and repeatability.
