BACK TO THE FUTURE! THL WORKING FULL TIME ON NEW SDF HS MACHINES
Twu Houlong, one of the most memorable Newlast customer and one of the earliest users of the first generation of SDF technology, is now investing again in the new SDF HS series. Back in 2006, Twu Huolong already knew that the complete last turning technology was the only way to have a precise, repeatable and totally machine-finished product.
Now, the production has been increased with a new SDF4HS for two pairs of shoe lasts, already installed and operating, and another SDF6HS for three pairs which will be installed soon.
The match with the structured light technology DIGISCAN.SL/L completes the production cycle from the scan, using the latest technology, to the turning with a product enhanced in the design and performances, which can grant 35-40% of extra productivity.
The most famous brands in the world, being very sensitive to the high-technology shoe last, will certainly appreciate the improvement that Two Huolong has pursued with determination and foresight.
